What if there’s a delivery issue?
First, check your tracking number for updates. If your parcel seems delayed or lost, please contact the postal carrier directly (Australia Post or DHL, depending on your tracking link).
Once the order leaves our warehouse, Tinyhands cannot intervene in postal matters — but we’ll always assist where we can. Let us know if you need help lodging an enquiry.
How long does shipping take?
We do our very best to dispatch your order promptly — because we know you’re excited to receive it!
Processing Time:
🕒 1–2 business days
Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):
🇦🇺 Australia: 2–8 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6–11 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are easy and accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
